The cof values for 1998, base is 5000, the "Value change" column shows how much will be added/subtracted

17-9.PNG

Note: Playlife & Mecachrome are not the same as Renault, hence they'll have a cof value of 5000, not 4250.

Also, next season brings a few changes:
- default BHP values will be set to 800
- costs for BHP upgrades will be reduced to 150$
- costs for variation changes will be halfed
- new sponsors for quali and race, which will be announced in the '98 thread.

If you have any suggestions/ideas, now is the time to make them :)

I guess Peugeot will be the less reliable engine...

FIA Press Conference
@XenForo: A good way to end the season, and considering your qualifying speed you should have been up here more often. What hopes does this result give you for 1998?
@oldwolf: It has been a tough first season at the new Stewart team, what can you take into next year?
@needforspeedgamer: You had a brilliant start into this season, but especially in the second half you were regularly beaten by your teammate. What was the reason for your struggle?

Thanks everyone for participating this season! :)
I just hope i will do a lot better next year!;)

But none the less, it was a sad day leaving the Tyrrell factory. Ken was there, but he was leaving with me unfortunately. End of an era almost for that team, with Ken going, its only a matter of time before the team is consigned to the history books. But some great days have occurred with me and that team, and those memories won't go away.

But now to Jordan, and everyone's favourite team principle. Looking to bring some success to Eddie and the team, looking forward to this season for sure.

Lets talk about bad luck...

Just saw something:

Ron Squire competed in season 88, 91 and 92 which resulted in:
44 Starts
22 Retirements(!)
0 Points (!)

Best results:
7th place in GBR 88
7th place in GBR 92

And he never finished the Italian GP, retired in 88, 91 and 92.

Oh my....
