GPU not showing up in Config.exe

Hi,
I tried to update my drivers for AMD 6870 HD Radeon. When I uninstalled, installed, rebooted and tried to play rFactor, this message came up:
"No DirectX 9.0c video adapters found. Contact your video card vendor for updated drivers."
Also my Catalyst Control Center is showing up properly, it's only showing the advertised game picture.
I have Intel P8-H67-M LE-Series motherboard and Intel i3-2100 CPU.
Please ask for any additional information if needed.

Did you re-run the DX9 installer? Mostly, when a driver or GPU card is updated, you need to rerun the update util again. Worked for me a couple of times.
