Getting better at rFactor

Hey guys,
I've recently picked up rFactor in one of the bundles mentioned in another part of the forum. I've joined leagues with rFactor too, but I can not find anything to help me to get better at rFactor. I'm using rFactor2's delta time plugin (something like one in iRacing) in rF2, I'm using R3E's leaderboard ghosts to getting used to a track in R3E... Is there any plugins that are meant to help the driver where he gains or loses time? Something like a simple delta plugin would be a big help, the 3 sector times are just too few information for me in a 2-min-lap.
