Gameport Based Wheels Still Viable?

I have a couple of old Logitech Momo Wheel and Pedal sets that are made to connect to the old PC gameport.

Is there any way (an adaptor for example) that would allow them to work with a modern Windows 7/8/10 computer that has only USB ports? Or is it not worth the effort?

I have one of these adapters still knocking about in my bits box. From distant memory the adapters work but you may loose the use of some buttons. Not tried it with later versions of windows.

Still need drivers that work, you might have to install a 32 bit version of windows 7 to get those old 16 bit drivers working.
