F1 2011 Game freezes on drive out

Whenever I select Drive Out in the garage, the game will freeze and I'll be forced to Ctrl+Alt+Delete out of the game. What happens is the crew move the computer, but as soon as the car is lowered the game will freeze. This happens when either selecting Drive Out, or accepting an R&D objective. I can still go to the race and do flying laps, though.
