Game Crash

When i launch into the Touge Life #4 server, the game crashes immediately upon loading the final assets right before the server is displayed on my screen. It crashes with "steer animation might be missing" and im not sure how to fix it. the weird thing is, i could load into the server once, and then not again. its very strange. any help? crash log included.

Car folder -> animations, there should be a file named steer.ksanim.

the thing is, i dont know which car it is. it happens when i select ANY car from the car list only after i load in the first time. i can load in once per computer restart, then if i want to switch cars it crashes with every other car.
