G27 Calibration

I put my g27 back together, everything seems fine but the wheel won't calibrate, upon being plugged in, it just quickly goes right>left>right>left>long pause>right>left. I can't find any info on what types of calibration failure there are, warranty is not valid anymore either. Last time it didn't want to calibrate I just had to open it and simply move the rack so the gears would match. But that seems fine now, it just doesn't go past the right>left.
