Still needs some AI tweaks, if anybody could help that'd be great.

You don't need multiple folders for multiple layouts. Look at any kunos track with more than one layout to see how it is done.

This track installs into 2 separate tracks for oval and road. I have a problem where the tracks are not able to be added to my paid host server. It says they are not valid track file types.

Any fix for this issue?

Even in their v0.8 state, I enjoy the 2 tracks, notely the infield-road course.
But I noticed that I had to downgrade to CSP 0.1.73 instead of the last recomended 0.1.79, to prevent all cars falling through the track between the start and turn one. I see the mod didn't got any update since the release in 2017, so that could explain this.
Just to let you know the temporary trick in the wait of a better soluce.
