A livery of Walter Röhrl's 131 that he won the 1980 Monte Carlo rally with. Monte Carlo badges have been changed to Dirt Rally badges. License plates have not been changed, as the game model's plates are different in shape.

Installation: Extract the .pssg-file to "Dirt Rally>cars>models>131>livery_45>textures_high
Replaces livery #8, yellow blank.
