Few questions about FFB, settings and replay

Replay controls, what does the button with a lock in it to the far right do?

I disabled track animations, but flags are still animated. What does the option actually change? I don't need the animated flags and wanted to save some FPS, they look stuttery anyway.

What is the difference between Force Feedback Intensity and Steering Force Intensity?
For instance, I used FFB Intensity 100 and SF Intensity 120. But I think I got pretty much the same FFB when I changed the settings to ~ FFB Intensity 70 and SF Intensity 170.

track detail must be on low to disabmle flags
animations kill the animated pitlane/corner workers
after that the ffb stuff .
ffb is global
intensity is on the wheel (direction) i believe , i may be very wrong though
