Cars FC1 2014 Season Beta [Deleted]

The v 0.3.1 of the beta was released on 8/24. Search at a certain formula corsa webpage.

I am in no way affiliated or related to the project and I am not sure if they are posting any updates so I will not post a link in this thread.

I wouldn't let that be a reason to stop. The community is a bit smarter than that especially after you have pointed out the error. I would say continue with your teams work and don't let the negative posts that people make on the web keep you down. There are a lot more people who appreciate the work and time put into the projects, me being one of them. Remember you can't please all of the people all of the time. One has to be willing to take criticism and keep it moving.

I am signing out got banned did not bother me in the slightest they should have made it longer , too many stupid comments and remarks , reviews to me should only be for the actual mod / downloads and the opinions you have for the work you are using ,
not , I can not install it because im thick , or that you found it at a different site that again has no permission to use it , or I did not upload it when you came from work at 7pm , instead of 8pm

chargingcar - I continue to follow you and your work regardless of the forums issues. I am thankful for what are doing for the sim racing community. You are helping make AC come more to life. Thank you for all of your time and efforts, it means more to some of us than you may even realize.

Is the GP2 mod finished and is the F1 mod still in progress?

One last question, if the F1 mod is completed, will the real F1 tracks be included, is that possible? Or does any F1 mod have to be raced on different tracks to RL.

The GP2 mod might be finished as it isn't v1.0 yet, and yes, it can be possible to include real F1 tracks

After updating AC to v0.22, I am not able to load the W05 cars, it says that the AC Launcher crashes and I should contact the support team.

Great so the same team that produced the GP2 mod are making an F1 mod.

Yeah the FC team is going to need an update to the mods following the 0.22 update

The problem is this:

Attention modders! Update 0.22 brings a couple of new values in the physics and some tyre values modifications. Please update your files accordingly!

!UPDATE YOUR MODS!

car.ini file
Added the following section and values at the end of the file.
[RULES]
MIN_HEIGHT=0.060 ; meters minimum height rule front/rear
The above commands, specify a minimum ride height. If your setup of the car, goes under that minimum height, then the Drive button will be disabled after a short 5 seconds check. You can also set this to 0.0 and for no ruling.

tyres.ini file
RELAXATION_LENGTH=
Because of some tyre model modifications, relaxation length values are now much lower. We advice to divide the original value by 14
for example: original value of 0.6xxx
0.6/14= 0.04xxx

All the tyres.ini files in the "sdk" folder are updated as needed.

I really think so, and I really think they will be included in the mod as a trackpack
