Hi there guys,

after the good number of sign-up for F2000@SPA I would like to confirm this type of car for next four events

in this round we run at Laguna Seca, a great track famous for its motorbike events
as usual hereinafter the relevant detail

Class: F2000
Track: Aosta Semi Oval
Weather: Dry
Practice: start 19:00 GMT (21:00 CET) for 30 mins
Qualification: start 19:30 GMT (21:30 CET) for 25 mins
Race Start at 20:00 GMT (22:00 CET), 2x20min race, second grid from inverted race result, in case of any issues a second qualy session will be foreseen
Points allocation: such its nature a club race doesn't have it

Driving rules & penalties
in addition to RD main rules will be add the next drive trough penalty:
if, for any reason, a driver hit, with a punt or barge, another car forcing it to loose position(s) or throwing it away of the track he has to serve immediately a drive through (DT) without pit stop.
Any trespassers (no DT) will be applied a warning for taht race, after 2 warnings the driver will be exluded to next race.

About ESC:
during race use it only if you want to leave the race, all trespasser will receive a warning for each violation, after 2 warnings the driver will be exluded to next club round

But if im reading the rules good we are not allowed to use escape during a session and we have to drive the car back to the pits like in real life?

Why? If I crash I have to quit? I liked it last time when you could rejoin from pit. More fun for us rookies which struggles to keep the car on the track.

It says during race, so I assume its ok to use ESC during prac and quali?

yes it's forbidden to use ESC only during RACE, just to give you the best possible simulation

let me say here we are using the "light" game configuration and not the "FULL MODE" where you can't use ESC and for any repair you have to spend time as for a real car (add 5L of fuel --> 5sec, repair wing --> ..sec etc) :tongue:

yes, but just to be clear we don't use FULL MODE but I think that forbid ESC during our CLUB RACEs is the best and fair rule ...

now that was fun again.


Still not sure if there is a kind of lag problem. Especially when drivers are closing in and made a pass.



Alessandro thx for setting this one up and letting me rejoin again. ( when i was away i did a race on prato, then i had my ping showing in the screen, red one, and later on in the race ping showing disappeared) (on rd server i dont see a ping showing in my screen)

Nice one Bjorn and i took the second race i agree with Bjorn great sim , great feeling of the car could feel it all the way
New top of my sim list.
