I was wondering is there any skins, helmets or any other stuff that i download which has been modded. ive seen that there are like helmet and skin mods. is there any for ps3? if there is can you send a link and how i can put them on my game.

No. You can only mod the PC version of the game.

If You have applied already, just be patient and wait for it to be processed. They are done in order off application so if there is a backlog I'm afraid you will have to wait.

huh? there are hundreds of mods for F1 2010 on the PC on thsi website, click on Downloads at the top then click F1 2010.
