Apps ExtraD Hud Headlight Advantage Quick Fix

I love the ExtraD hud by Vegetable Tsai, but the headlights toggling the advantage window on and off, although cool and very faithful, was annoying. To fix this i went into the code and set it so the Advantage window would be always active no matter if your headlights are on or off.
