    Hi,
I'm new to this site and first of all I want to thank you all for all the material you've posted here.
I'm a F1 fan and I love to play with F1 car 3D models, so you've made me very happy.
I'm trying now to export the F1 2012 cars from the .pssg files to .3ds using 3dsimed.
I'm able to open the .pssg file and see the car with livery but without tyres.
.pssg files for tyres are in the generics folder.
    For sure I'm missing something.
    Can anybody please help me?
    Thank you in advance.

    Hi welcome to RD.

Essentially this title is dead to modding, there have been 4 game releases since F1 2012, so this forum in mostly inactive.

All of the F1 20xx series of games have their own modding forum. In each forum there is a sticky for technical modding questions. The F1 2012 one is here :-

    http://www.racedepartment.com/forums/f1-2012-mods.140/

However there has not been a post in that thread since December 2015.

I am not a modder, but I would guess that the actual modelling of the cars for this series hasn't changed much over the years. I would suggest that you look in the mod forum of successive games like F1 2013, F1 2014. Check the sticky thread at the top of the forum 'Modding Questions', and if the forum is active i.e it has recent questions and answers, try posting in there.

Make it clear that your post is about F1 2012, and see if anyone can help

    Cheers :)
