Error loading....

Hi my problem is that having downloaded the "Vanport" track all is correct in the files, the track shows up in the game and loads up about 60%, then freezes the PC. Task manager says: Error loading texture FlagAI for material FLAGI_A
Looked around for clues, but I'm not too good with files when they go wrong.
