Dumb Question about fuel

New to iRacing... just wondering how to put less fuel in the car when the standard setups start off at 60 odd laps?
Have downloaded quali setups with less but can't work out how to adjust it when I can't find custom setups.

All fixed setups (and some non-fixed where the real series requires it, such as the trucks) set the fuel for the beginning of the session and cannot be changed. If you can change it, it will generally be on the 'suspension' page of the garage, at or near the bottom.
