Doubles in series listing

How do you get rid of double Series Icons in your series listing? I have looked at the previous answer by Marc Collins but now I have three EECR.5 OR RS and I have no idea where they come from or how to get rid of them. I have gone thru each of the series tga file and cannot find only 1 of each.
