Is there a DOF built in? the sec you start moving it goes out of focus in the distance.

Look for motion blur in the graphics setting.

Not the same thing man, motion blur is something different to dof.

i think the issue last year was chromatic aberration. Could be that again? I cant remember the fix from last year, give google a bash.

Have you checked your resolution. Mine was not correct when I first ran the game and then kept defaulting to some strange resolution even after I changed it to my monitors default 4K. That seemed to cause a weird DOF for me.

There is a DOF setting in the your hardware_settings_config.xml file, it seems default is true, switched it to false, didn't seem to improve the look.
