Hahahaha, no, no, no suggestions . I think your layer looks better than that picture! I have seen other edits to models in the past that were closer to what you did but sadly I couldn't find those photos.

Anyway being a endurance machine, the C9 should be on the list of the dirty fest, depend about the time I have.
