Design a billboard lights

Hello everyone...

I created some billboards,



and now I was thinking if it will be possible to project same lights on them like this one



I exported a lightpost of the default BTB XPack and opened it with 3DSimED to see how it works but I do not want light projected on the track but only in the billboard.... Is That possible?
