F1 2010 Damage and tyre wear?

Sorry for asking, maybe im blind, but i cant find where i can change this settings?
Any help please.

go into the menu where you start a race and select the very last option all that stuff is in there hope that helps

On Grand Prix or Career click enter on the line 'difficulty level'. It then should come up with a list of options suck as turning on tyre wear, fuel simulation and what type of damage you want (off, visual or full). When you've done that the difficulty level should say custom.
