Custom skins PScs3

Hi Guys,

I would love to have ago at creating my own skin, I have Photoshop CS3 and have dowloaded both the Clio skin and the New F2 skin pack from ISI.

Trouble is I can not find a decent tutorial from start to finish, any links or advice appreciated.

Thanks tjc these explaine a lot but the skin pack in rf2 open up totally different ?
