Custom Resolution in Windowed Mode

Hi,

is there a way to set a custom resolution in a config file for the game to run in windowed mode with a resolution like 1920 * 600 (for example).
This is possible for nearly every other sim I play, but so far I haven't found a way to do it in the Simbin titles.
