I think it would be a good idea to place a countdown and a official event time in the opening post to most of the announced races, ether in the official leagues or the racing club events.
In almost every thread of this kind, there is demand to "translate" the actual race time to the very own local timezone.
If we had a free applet like this, it should be a lot easier and less confusing to determine when a race event actual starts.
