Convert Track From rFactor to Race 07

Hi to all.
I need convert a rFactor track to Race 07 ( Suzuka version Short ) . I see more Help in internet but i don't understand so much.
My question is, what is the easiest way to convert track?
I used 3Desim but I have not found a clear guide to follow.

Can you help me?

Before you start with a project like this, make sure to ask for permission from the original creators of the track! Otherwise, it is considered to be illegal.
