Pot Knobs are ideal to fit to Rotary encoders:
View attachment 27789They are available in numerous colors/styles. However, to fit the 'Bodnar' rotarys, the knobs will need to be opened up a bit with a 6.5mm drill bit (only do by hand, NOT with a drill)

Tried using 6.5mm drill bit but they dont hold at all. 6mm is too small that it doesnt fit.
