Tracks Changing Year & Author of Tracks - How do I do this?

I'm currently working on a "mod" that updates the information of all Kunos-created tracks e.g. more accurate locations and descriptions. I found that the year & author were not located in the ui_track.json file that all tracks come with. Where are these two variables located and how do I change them?
