Changing engine noises for the BMW's

One thing I don't like about driving the Beemers is the whine of the gearbox, so I'm wondering if there is a way of removing it/making it quieter. I know that if you switch to AI mode the whine disappears, so I think there might be away. Can anyone help?

MZ3sounds.aud is the file that will tell you which ones you need to change, just open it with notepad and you will see the file names
