I do it, in the motogp 13, 14, 15 wise to do it, but starting from VR changed the method.

I found it, you have to unzip the folder Menu, and modify accelerator30, but not modify it in VR / Motogp17 so that my custom number appears.

Find and change your number in accelerator95 dds file. accelerator30 is numbers shown in menu while 95 is shown on the bike.
