PC1 Career: Can't take fuel out of the car

Has anybody had an issue where they can't take fuel out of the car for races in career? When I go into Pit Strategy, the slide always seems to be set at the max, and I can't change it.

It means I end up carrying x8 times the amount of fuel I need for a short race. Is this a known issue?

when you lower the fuel level, be sure to save your change before going back on track, ' save' button is on the right at this menu

You need to change your race fuel levels in the tuning menu in the garage. Click on the little arrows and you will see various tuning options. Then press save. Not the easiest UI in the world and not very well thought out at all.

Thanks, that was it. I was looking at the pit strategy menu and didn't spot the last page of the Tuning menu. The menu is even less intuitive on the PS4.
