cant find scooby skin

Hiya,

I am trying to paint my WRC Scooby 08 (NOT the S14, but the other one), but I cant locate it.

I can, however, locate the scooby 08 S14 (the one I dont want) in my cars, Impreza08, textures, exteranl DDS.


So, can anyone point me in the direction of the older scooby, so as I can paint it black...

you`ll more than likely have to use the 06 template http://forum.rallyesim.fr/viewtopic.php?f=78&t=6512

i have the same issue with the focus, the 06 template works for the 06,07 &08 skin.

John, I had a look inside the A8W-08 RSRBR Folder, and Nigel is correct. You need the Imprezza 2006.

thanks chaps, I now have it all shiny black, just two wee questions.

1. other than the external AND scrape DDS are there any other files I need to change
2. Do I just replace the files in the default location or do i put them in the skins folder

If you're using an internal view you may need to edit that texture too (or you'll see the original one). As for where to put them, that depends; if you put them in the skins folder (following the same file structure as the others do), then you can easily swap skins. If you're only going to use the new one though then absolutely just drop it into the Cars/CarName/textures folder.

damien thanks, typically i just asked the a similar question in the main champ forum. Yup I am only gonna use this skin, so I have left it in the main. I dont use the internal view, so I think im good to go!
