PC1 Can I run pCARS with decent FPS?

I know there are recommended requirements but most of the time i dont trust those things.
But can i run the game on decent FPS (not 30 but atleast 60) on mid/high settings. With this.

Windows Vista Home Premium 64-bit SP2
Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 @ 3.00GHz
ATI Radeon HD 4850 512 MB
4 GB Ram DDR2

@Eifion actually now I am getting about 50 fps with most everything toned down and sim still looks good... however I get drops in fps after a few laps (20 fps)... you seem knowledgeable about 460 so wondered if you knew of this... btw thats in both 9 and 11...

EDIT: RaceDepartment's magic forums...I typed in my problem and now its fixed!
Actually I think v synch wasn't enabled... 53 fps average and smooth as glass and still looks fantastic...happy happy happy

I use a 6870, fairly close to the 460 in terms of speed. My graphics settings are varied, turn grass, bloom, motion blur, HDR off, reflections medium, rest high with MSAAx8 at 1050p on DX9. Before the new lighting I got as much as 80 alone on track, drops as low as 35 with lots of cars on track. Havent tested the latest build yet but over time performance should improve with further optimization.

be sure to run DX9 instead of 11, look the same but runs better.
