F1 2010 can anyone help with 'the big one' achievement?

first season - virgin - 2nd in drivers championship

second season - red bull - 1st in drivers championship

third season - ferrari - 1st in drivers championship

but i still havent got the achievement

anyone know if its bugged?

This is the list (for the 360), I beleive you mean #40?

IIRC, your team has to be high up the order (not particularly 1st place) in the constuctors to get this, as I got it end of season 1 in the lotus, just after the last race.
