Can anybody make the Kilju Guy's new home or apartment be our home?

I kinda wanted to live there since i stole the Kilju Guy's money, it would've been better since the apartment itself looks pretty comfortable, i wonder if the modders can do that, its ok if it's not possible, but if it is, that would be amazing. Thanks!

at side of the apartment theres is another one but without windows, if you pass throug the wall using Q key theres a inside textures and colisions so maybe they will add a buyable apartament in the future, but the weird thing is that the apartament of the kilju guy have functional sink and shower, so if modders could make the door unlockeable we just can use the couch for sleep and the other stuff for fill our needs
and be a neighbor of Teimo

kunedo create a mod for enable the apartament to live in there http://www.racedepartment.com/downloads/enable-apartment.19599/ even have functional bed, fridge, lights, phone, map, etc
