BTB -> Direct X -> 3dmax/softimage/maya ?

  1. Hello

    are there any things to keep in mind when exporting/importing as DirectX?

    i get about 4000 single files on export

    the question now is..does 3dmax have some kind of batch importer or lets you select multiple files ?

    softimage does not - no thanks but thanks to importing 4k files manually :wink:

  2. Are you aware of ISI's 3dsmax plugins? Things may be easier if you can use those, because BTB > normal rfactor track > 3dsmax. If you use some other game instead, maybe you could still export as an rfactor track and use 3dsmax to convert to your preferred games format.

    unfortunately im no 3dmax user :/ still managed to get the terrain in by importing the biggest direct x file
