Today the second race of the 2014 Blancpain Endurance Series takes place at Circuit Silverstone. This 3 hours long distance race for GT3 cars can be watched with other fans from around the globe via our live stream broadcast.
Since the start of the series in 2011, the Blancpain Endurance Series has rapidly developed into the best supported and most competitive GT competition in the world. This year no less than 40 impressive GT3 cars will form a massive starting grid on the former airfield strip in the United Kingdom.
Our special attention goes out to RaceDepartment member and GT Academy winner Florian Strauß who will compete together with three other graduates in the formidable 3.8 V6 twin-turbo powered Nissan GT-R NISMO GT3 in the Pro-Am category. The German has previously won various PC sim racing titles here at RaceDepartment.com in touring cars and endurance racing series before making the switch to the popular PlayStation Gran Turismo competition which he won last year and is now living the dream of being a real racing driver
