Assetto Corsa developers Kunos Simulazioni have finally revealed the penultimate piece of content due to be released for the game as part of Thursday's upcoming 'Red Pack' DLC update.

With the GT2/3's already proving to be one of the more popular, and densely populated, classes within the game it was perhaps inevitable that Kunos would look to add another new generation model from of one of GT racing's most vibrant racing classes, this time bringing the beautiful Ferrari 488 GT3 to the sim. Replacement for the aging 458 Italia, the new 488 packs a twin-turbocharged 3.9-liter V8 with a lighter more rigid frame than its road going counterpart the 488 GTB. Run by a wide variety of GT3 teams across the world, the 488 is one of Ferrari's most spectacular closed top GT cars of recent times and sure to become an instant classic with the Tifosi faithful.

The Red Pack DLC is due for release on the Steam platform for PC players of Assetto Corsa, and will become available to purchase for PS4 and Xbox One players post console release.

You should use that line at your next interview, see if you get the job.

For what it's worth, if asked that question in an interview (is it better to deliver late or broken) then the answer is always late. Its never asked that directly, but my company does ask a similar question as one of their interview questions (or at least used to).

488 feels awesome. Different from the rest. The steering is so direct. Also a bit stuck on the F1's. :D The F138 does what you tell it and you can drive it very very fast and feel comfortable. The SF15-T however... Damn that hi-tech monster is scary! Im scared im gonna spin in every corner lol. Also lots of electronics to juggle while driving. Good stuff!

OK, I will write them there.

Quick response on AI, but only driven about 6-7 laps yet.
Defenitly a step in right direction, faster cars take different lines faster and go quiet far off the line. Although it is sometimes a bit hasty with a few turns and moves that are unnecessary or even not plausible.
But all in all a step forward. Pagani Huayra went past a GT-R and Tuned RX-7 on Barcelona Moto on the short straight before the second to last of the fast right turns.

Big negative though, Ruf Yellowbird on start-finish straight was braking from about 210 kph to 120kph on racing line because a car went out of the pit lane and the AI of the Ruf didn't pass the other car although it was on the right side off the racing line.

Another positive side:
When you pull next to an AI car before a turn while braking a bit late, the AI now gives you enough space to drive on the racing line and don't turn in regardless you are there or not. So no more crashing into you because AI tries to stay on the racing line, although they don't give endless room for you because that will cause slight collisions.
Good compromise I think.

Edit: Awesome, just saw the AI P1 pull out in the braking zone of Turn 1 on Barcelona passing the Ruf RT12 while I was about 20-30m ahead exiting the pits.
