Anyone good at making scripts?

Was wandering if anyone could help me create a script that makes slower spec cars pull out of the way of faster cars. Idea behind this is that I want to create single player realistic track days .

Scripts can't effect the AI like that, and I don't know what track days you go too, but it's generally the expectation that slow cars hold their lines and the fast cars overtake.

Watched many track days on youtube and they normally let fast cars through lol
