anyone GID to work with GSC2013 1.10

I got GID to work with the pre-release of GSC2013. But now, with the final version of GSC2013 it does NOT work.

Has anyone managed to get GID to work with final version of GSC2013 and can tell me HOW to do it?

I have work it now:

GID Hud on GSC2013

Downloadlink plugin:
GIDV1.1.2

Instructions:

- Rename the gid d3d9.dll to, for example d3d9gid.dll, before putting it on the GSC2013 folder.
- Install all the other files on plugins folder and the GIDPlugin.ini file on the main GSC2013 folder.
- Edit TrackMapPlugin.ini and change the line inside with this "OriginalD3D9Dll=d3d9gid.dll"
- Rename the GSC.exe to rFactor.exe

Thanks a lot @Franklin Stegink. It works like a charm. I have been struglling since days trying to get rfDynHUD to work it always crashes just after loading the track.

This upload of GID works great no issues
