Anyone feel like explaining the ins and outs of changing tires not using the replace tyres in CM? Like is there a way to change tires in the data folder? etc

Replace tyres tool in CM is effectively just copying the tyres.ini sections from another car, as well as every file mentioned in tyres.ini, you can do that yourself too.
