I'm not one of these anti-Vettel clowns (trust me), but I think that he should be demoted to 3rd (via 5 sec time penalty or whatever) for that pass - he was fully off the track after Button did well to defend and not give him enough room to pass.

I'm usually supporting the decisions of the FIA, but if Vettel doesn't get punished for a clear violation of a rule that has been reiterated only a few races ago, I might have to start suspecting them of RB favoritism :/

That will be remembered as a highlight of this season once everything is over. Another brilliant drive from Fernando, lets see how the stewards rule on Vettel, the replay is pretty incriminating, i'd expect a 5 second or something added.
