Reporting Incident:
The team leader will ask the team of any incidents they feel should be looked at by the League Managers
He will report it with a video and reason. A correct penalty will be given depending on the seriousness of the situation.
Teams:
Creating a team is quite simple.
You post in the Signup Section saying you want to race for your Country.
Once there a 4 drivers for a Nation, then you can create a thread for your country.
Team Managers:
Each team must have a team manager before they can be registered. The team manager can race in the races but has to organise the running of the team.
The Team Manager must do the following:
- Organise the skin (Request or made by a member of the team)
- Organise who will race in what event (Sprint/Feature)
- Make sure they have joined their Team in GPCOS http://www.racedepartment.com/supported/login.php?menu=mynklr
- Manage any Race Reports and send them to the League Spokesmen
- Keep track of maximum amount of races raced by a team member
The team will decide among themselves the Team Manager, it will then by reviewed by the League Spokemen whether we think we he is legit for the job in hand.
If a team member is unhappy about the Team Manager, he can report him simliarly to the Racing Report.
Minimum Drivers: 4
Maximum Drivers: 12 (and 2 reserves if a team member backs out or is kicked out of team for an adequate reason)
Deadline for Team entries: March 18th 2010
Each driver can race a maximum of races throughout the season, the amount of members in the team will decide the maximum amount of races one driver can do:
4 Drivers - 5 Races
5/8 Drivers - 4 Races
9-12 Drivers - 3 Races
If a driver has over gone their maximum races they have to start at the back of the grid.
If they do not start at the back of the grid, they will be deducted of all points recieved
Skins:
A basic template will be made for skinners to go by, a Team Manager can request or get a member of the team so skin their car.
The skin can be rejected if it doesnt fit league standard.
