V1.0 - Update

Changes:
Fixed a bug causing the game to crash when attempting to change engine map (ctrl-e).
Fixed visual glitch inside the exhausts
Low res cockpit
Reworked all the gauges, values displayed should be closer to reality. (Still cosmetic)
Adjusted aero.

This car seems to crash the game when running on larger tracks such as Kunos' Nordschleife. Smaller maps work fine but I don't know the specific threshold that's causing this fault.
