Ultimate Realistic Mod with Reshade

Time for a new AMS look like Project Cars!!

This mod uses Reshade with fantastic additional shader effects for more realistic graphic.
You must remove the installed default sweetfx for this mod, otherwise it doesn't work.

Note!!! : If you use this mod, you can't use DynHUD overlays in future. DynHUD works only with installed default sweetfx version. With this mod, you can only use native HUD!

1. Removing default SweetFX Files from game:
Delete or rename following files in the main directory of AMS...
- d3d9.dll
- d3d9.fx
- shader.fx
- SweetFX_preset.txt
- "SweetFX" Folders

2. Unpack the downloaded File and copy all the contained files in the main directory of the game

3. Open the file "d3d9.ini" with Notepad and edit the locations for your AMS Directory. Be sure, that you have corectly edited all lines!! if you have installed AMS in the default folder, then you have don't edit anything.

Attention: The Lines TextureSearchPaths and EffectSearchPaths includes two locations that you have to edit!

Default Locations is saved as:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Automobilista"

You must edit following lines in d3d9.ini:

TextureSearchPaths=C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Automobilista,C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Automobilista\reshade-shaders-master\Textures

EffectSearchPaths=C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Automobilista,C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Automobilista\reshade-shaders-master\Shaders

ScreenshotPath=C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Automobilista

PresetFiles=C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Automobilista\Ultramod.ini

EXAMPLE: If you installed AMS to B:\GAMES\STEAM\steamapps\ you have to edit the Line "TextureSearchPaths" to:
TextureSearchPaths=B:\GAMES\Steam\steamapps\common\Automobilista,B:\GAMES\Steam\steamapps\common\Automobilista\reshade-shaders-master\Textures

Don't forget to save edited "d3d9.ini" File!

Start the game and have Fun! After starting the game, wait until all shaders are loaded. You can skip the video intro for faster loading.

Note: With this mod, you can't start the configration tool for ASM. For configration tool you have to use the default d3d9.dll for AMS.

<For enable/disable or editing the shader-presets, press ingame Shift + F2 for opening the toolbox for ReShade. Close the toolbox with ESC or X-Icon on windows for getting back the full performance again.>
