Touring Car Legends - Race 07 conversion

This is a conversion of the Group A mod: Touring Car Legends for rfactor.
It is NOT my own mod, so I don't take credit for it.
All credit go to the original authors.
Sadly I was not able to find any contact information to the original authors, so if you are an original author or have added contents to the rfactor mod
and don't approve this conversion, please contact me, and I will remove it.
Because of that, this mod conversion should not be uploaded anywhere else than Racedepartment.
The idea was just to make a fast and simple conversion, but after I started I realized that there were far more work than I thought.
A lot of things are a little bit different in rfactor and Race 07, so a lot of things had to be redone in different ways.
* When working on the conversion I tweaked car normals for smoother reflections (not a complete overhaul, just the most important ones) and added AO shadows to car bodies.
* Car lights works differently in rfactor and Race 07, so they had to be remade or remapped on new parts.
* Interior and exterior driver models were replaced. Also added my retro-style driver head.
* Added Reloaded Shaders materials, version 1.8.8 or above is required.
THIS VERSION IS MAINLY A TEST VERSION.

* Changed ClassID. Id 87 did for some reason not show up in class menu in some Race 07 installs.
* Only WTCC 87 is included in this version.
* There are a lot of things that need improvements.
* Simple standardized car sounds from Race 07.
* Car setups needs more work.
* Ai needs more work.
* Expect some cars having problems exiting garages at some tracks and other similar issues.
