TINY COMPACT HUD 1.4

A minimalist HUD that occupies as little screen space as possible, while still provides important driving info.

Thanks to ISI/S397 for base assets. Icons & flags were recreated, and LCD display panel has been adjusted individually to fit screen better.

Six HUD variation is provided with slight different layout.

3 base variation:
> TINYC_HUD, bottom bar version.
> TINYC_HUD_DRS, bottom bar version plus DRS indicator.
> TINYC_HUD_DRS_TOP, top bar version plus DRS indicator.

3 extra variation(new):
> TINYC_HUD_EXTRA_GEAR, bottom bar extra version with separated gear indicator.
> TINYC_HUD_EXTRA_GEAR_DRS, bottom bar extra version with separated gear & DRS indicator.
> TINYC_HUD_EXTRA_GEAR_DRS_ALT, bottom bar extra version with separated gear & alternative DRS indicator.

Note:
HUD is made for 1080p screen, known to work with widescreen and VR, but may not suit every screen size due to limitation.
DRS indicator will only be visible if the sector allows DRS (for cars with DRS).
Race remaining time could not be displayed due to game bug.
