You would need tools like EGO ERP Archiver 9.1.0 and something like Photoshop. Youtube has got some good tutorials on how to do it on previous F1 games. It is pretty similar for this years game

Thanks! Currently the software we mod F1 23 with is not allowing us to import suits, helmets, etc. So we will have to wait for the software to update

It seems to be a bug in the game that you can't remove already put on sponsors. So hopefully that will get fixed in a game update soon.
