Rudes Karting Track 2.0

Map has been completely reworked with the help from caris83! caris83 used to be a local at this track. With his help and expertise in 3D, he has recreated quite a lot of the surfaces, providing realistic bumps.

Along with a complete visual overhaul there is now
- New grassFX
- Smashable tires/cones
- Replay cameras.
- Night lighting (Very dim and in only a few places, but what do you expect from a place that has been abandoned for +20 years? :D)

Known issues:
- While the AI has been reworked, for some reason, the laps do not count/finish, so if you start a race, it will never end. Hopefully I'll find some time to update this.

Overall the track is very fun and pretty close to the real thing!

Quick bug fix.

Fixed an issue where the map was not useable in online server hosts due to missing surfaces.ini
