Renault R24 Slick Tyres Physics Mod 1.2

in 2017 Fernando Alonso declared to the press that the 2004 f1 cars are the fastest and that even in his own words if they were fitted with slick tyres like those of this era they would do between 1:14 or something like that at the catalunya circuit in barcelona.

nothing further from the "reality" or what we can simulate so to prove the theory the Reanult R24 with pirelli slick tyres has arrived to the collection and the time that at least I with a precarious set-up achieved 1:14.182. so if in theory Fernando was right.


Installation instructions.
*important for this mod to work you need the original version which is here: Renault R24* (thanks to "Cyneo" for making the modeling and mod of the r24 a reality).

ok once downloaded there are two ways to install:
-The easiest if you have the content manager just download and drag and drop into the content manager to install and you are done.

-Without content manager:
find your steam folder the assetto corsa, then find the folder content/cars and unzip the .rar and drag the renault_r24_slick_tyres folder into the above path and you are done.
(if or if you need the original mod for it to work properly).

-physics of Pirelli slicks 2020 tyres
-updated model together with pirelli tyre textures
-Compounds available for now: C3, C2 and C1
*remember that as it is a port of the tyres these are made for another regulation at the same time that the single seater is likely that some compounds suffer more or less stress and it is normal*.
